Job Summary
Deliver direct patient care including scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealant application, and fluoride treatments under general dentist supervision. Assess dental conditions and needs, review medical history, educate patients on oral hygiene, and provide charting support. Offer same-day care opportunities while maintaining excellent customer service. Work bi-weekly with an uncapped production bonus and monthly office performance incentives. Full-time candidates receive up to $10k sign-on or relocation bonus, while part-time staff earn $5k.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing
- Love working with kids
- Assess the dental condition and needs of patients and review patients' medical history
- Deliver direct patient care to patients, including scaling and prophylaxis, x-rays, application of sealants and fluoride, and related procedures, under the general supervision of a dentist
- Educate patients and parents in oral hygiene instruction
- Deliver quality and compassionate care to every patient
- Provide excellent customer service by looking for opportunities to offer Same Day Care
