Job Summary
Deliver direct dental care and related services under the general supervision of a dentist; perform scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealants and fluoride applications; educate patients and parents on oral hygiene; assess dental condition and review medical history; assist with dental/perio charting; provide excellent customer service and identify opportunities for Same Day Care; participate in continuing education and certifications trainings including CPR, Radiology, and Nitrous Oxide; compensation includes sign-on/relocation bonus for full-time and part-time roles and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing
- CPR (BLS) from the ARC or AHA, including hands-on skill assessment (required upon hire)
- Deliver direct dental care and associated services to patients under the general supervision of a dentist
- Provide scaling and prophylaxis, x-rays, sealants and fluoride applications
- Educate patients and parents in oral hygiene instruction
