Job Summary
Deliver direct dental care to patients, including scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealant application, and fluoride treatments under general dentist supervision. Assess dental conditions and needs, review medical histories, and educate patients and parents on oral hygiene. Provide excellent customer service by offering Same Day Care options while maintaining compassionate care standards for our diverse patient base. This role supports Benevis' mission to create over a million smiles annually across the country. Hygienists may earn an uncapped bi-weekly production bonus and monthly office performance bonuses. Candidates must hold current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing
- Assess the dental condition and needs of patients and review patients' medical history
- Assist with dental and perio charting
