Job Summary
Deliver direct patient care including scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealant application, and fluoride treatments under general dentist supervision. Assess dental conditions and medical histories while educating patients and parents on oral hygiene. Provide same-day care options and maintain accurate dental and perio charting. Support office performance through bi-weekly uncapped production bonuses and monthly incentives. Complete required certifications such as CPR, radiology, and nitrous oxide training with reimbursement for eligible courses. Required Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing
- Love working with kids
- Assess the dental condition and needs of patients and review patients' medical history
