Job Summary
Deliver direct dental care to patients, including scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealant application, and fluoride treatments under a dentist's supervision. Assess patient dental conditions, review medical histories, and provide oral hygiene education to patients and parents. Offer same-day care opportunities while maintaining excellent customer service. This role supports Benevis's mission to create over a million smiles annually through high-quality, compassionate dental care in a fun environment. The position features a bi-weekly uncapped production bonus, monthly office performance bonuses, and reimbursement for continuing education up to $250 annually. Applicants must hold current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing
- Love working with kids
- Assess the dental condition and needs of patients and review patients' medical history
- Deliver direct patient care to patients, including scaling and prophylaxis, x-rays, application of sealants and fluoride, and related procedures, under the general supervision of a dentist
- Educate patients and parents in oral hygiene instruction
- Deliver quality and compassionate care to every patient
