Job Summary
Deliver direct dental care to patients, including scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealant application, and fluoride treatment under the general supervision of a dentist. Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene while assessing dental conditions, reviewing medical history, and providing perio charting. Offer same-day care opportunities and maintain compassionate service for a patient base that is over 70% children. This role includes a bi-weekly uncapped production bonus and monthly office performance bonuses. New employees may receive up to $250 annually for continuing education courses and company-provided certification training in CPR, radiology, and nitrous oxide. Required Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing
- Love working with kids
- Assess the dental condition and needs of patients and review patients' medical history
- Deliver direct patient care to patients, including scaling and prophylaxis, x-rays, application of sealants and fluoride, and related procedures, under the general supervision of a dentist
