Job Summary
Deliver direct dental care to patients, including scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealant application, and fluoride treatments under general supervision of a dentist. Assess dental conditions, review medical histories, and educate patients and parents on oral hygiene while providing same-day care opportunities. Support the office with charting and maintain compassionate service for a patient base that is over 70% children. This role offers a bi-weekly uncapped production bonus and monthly office performance bonuses. Required Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing
- Love working with kids
- Deliver quality and compassionate care to every patient
- Deliver direct patient care to patients, including scaling and prophylaxis, x-rays, application of sealants and fluoride, and related procedures, under the general supervision of a dentist
- Provide excellent customer service by looking for opportunities to offer Same Day Care
- Educate patients and parents in oral hygiene instruction
- Assess the dental condition and needs of patients and review patients' medical history
