Job Summary
Deliver direct dental care and associated services to patients under the general supervision of a dentist, including scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealant application, and fluoride treatments. Provide excellent customer service by offering Same Day Care opportunities and educate patients and parents on oral hygiene. Assess dental conditions, review medical history, and assist with charting while maintaining compassionate care for every patient. Work bi-weekly with an uncapped production bonus and monthly office performance bonuses. Join a team creating over a million smiles annually, where 70% of the patient base consists of children.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing
- Assess the dental condition and needs of patients and review patients' medical history
- Deliver direct patient care to patients, including scaling and prophylaxis, x-rays, application of sealants and fluoride, and related procedures, under the general supervision of a dentist
- Educate patients and parents in oral hygiene instruction
- Provide excellent customer service by looking for opportunities to offer Same Day Care
