Dental Health Therapist

Deliver direct dental care to patients, including scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealant application, and fluoride treatments under general dentist supervision. Assess dental conditions and needs while reviewing medical history, then educate patients and parents on oral hygiene. Provide excellent customer service by offering same-day care opportunities and maintain current licensure in good standing. Support the office with charting and related procedures in a compassionate environment focused on creating accessible smiles. This role includes a bi-weekly uncapped production bonus, monthly office performance bonuses, and continuing education reimbursement up to $250 annually.
