Job Summary
Deliver direct dental care to patients, including scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealant application, and fluoride treatments under general dentist supervision. Assess dental conditions and needs, review medical history, and educate patients and parents on oral hygiene. Provide excellent customer service by offering Same Day Care opportunities while maintaining compassionate care standards. Support office performance with bi-weekly uncapped production bonuses and monthly office-based incentives. This role is part of Benevis' mission to create over a million smiles annually through high-quality, affordable dental care in a fun, compassionate environment.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing
- Love working with kids
- Assess the dental condition and needs of patients and review patients' medical history
- Deliver direct patient care to patients, including scaling and prophylaxis, x-rays, application of sealants and fluoride, and related procedures, under the general supervision of a dentist
