Deliver direct dental care to patients, including scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealant application, and fluoride treatments under general dentist supervision. Provide oral hygiene instruction to patients and parents while assessing dental conditions and reviewing medical histories. Offer same-day care opportunities and maintain accurate dental and perio charting. Work bi-weekly with an uncapped production bonus and monthly office performance bonuses. Required Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing
- Assess the dental condition and needs of patients and review patients' medical history
- Deliver direct patient care to patients, including scaling and prophylaxis, x-rays, application of sealants and fluoride, and related procedures, under the general supervision of a dentist
- Educate patients and parents in oral hygiene instruction
