Dental Health Therapist

Deliver direct dental care to patients, including scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealant application, and fluoride treatments under general dentist supervision. Assess patient dental conditions and medical histories while providing oral hygiene instruction to patients and parents. Offer same-day care options and maintain compassionate, high-quality service across the office. This role supports Benevis' mission to create over a million smiles annually by serving a patient base that is 70% or more children. Hygienists receive bi-weekly uncapped production bonuses, monthly office performance bonuses, and reimbursement for continuing education and certification trainings.
