Job Summary
Deliver direct dental care to patients, including scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealants, and fluoride application under general supervision of a dentist. Assess dental conditions and needs, review medical history, and educate patients and parents on oral hygiene. Provide excellent customer service by offering Same Day Care options. Support the office with charting and related procedures while maintaining compassionate care standards. This role includes a bi-weekly uncapped production bonus and monthly office performance bonuses. Required Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing
- Love working with kids
- Deliver quality and compassionate care to every patient
- Deliver direct patient care to patients, including scaling and prophylaxis, x-rays, application of sealants and fluoride, and related procedures, under the general supervision of a dentist
- Provide excellent customer service by looking for opportunities to offer Same Day Care
