Job Summary
Deliver direct dental care to patients, including scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealant application, and fluoride treatments under general dentist supervision. Assess dental conditions, review medical histories, and educate patients and parents on oral hygiene. Provide excellent customer service by offering Same Day Care opportunities while maintaining compassionate care standards. This role supports Benevis's mission to create over a million smiles annually by serving a patient base where children comprise 70% or more. Hygienists receive bi-weekly uncapped production bonuses, monthly office performance bonuses, and reimbursement for continuing education and certification training. Full-time candidates may qualify for up to $10,000 in sign-on or relocation bonuses, while part-time staff receive a $5,000 bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing
- Love working with kids
- Assess the dental condition and needs of patients and review patients' medical history
- Deliver direct patient care to patients, including scaling and prophylaxis, x-rays, application of sealants and fluoride, and related procedures, under the general supervision of a dentist
- Educate patients and parents in oral hygiene instruction
- Deliver quality and compassionate care to every patient
