Job Summary
Deliver direct dental care to patients, including scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealant application, and fluoride treatments under general dentist supervision. Assess patient dental conditions, review medical histories, and provide oral hygiene education to patients and parents. Offer same-day care options while maintaining compassionate service standards. Support office performance through bi-weekly uncapped production bonuses and monthly office-based incentives. Complete required certifications such as CPR, radiology, and nitrous oxide training with company reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing
- Love working with kids
- Deliver quality and compassionate care to every patient
- Deliver direct patient care to patients, including scaling and prophylaxis, x-rays, application of sealants and fluoride, and related procedures, under the general supervision of a dentist
- Provide excellent customer service by looking for opportunities to offer Same Day Care
- Educate patients and parents in oral hygiene instruction
- Assess the dental condition and needs of patients and review patients' medical history
