Dental Health Therapist

Deliver direct dental care to patients, including scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealant application, and fluoride procedures under general dentist supervision. Assess dental conditions and needs by reviewing medical history while educating patients and parents on oral hygiene. Provide excellent customer service by offering Same Day Care opportunities and maintain compassionate care standards for all visits. This role supports Benevis' mission to create over a million smiles annually, with a patient base comprising 70% or more children. Hygienists receive bi-weekly uncapped production bonuses and monthly office performance bonuses. Full-time candidates may earn up to $10,000 in sign-on or relocation bonuses, while part-time staff qualify for $5,000. Eligible employees after one year can seek up to $250 in continuing education reimbursement.
