Dental Front Desk Experienced

Experienced Dental Front Desk professional needed to be the welcoming face of Big Sky Smiles and Sedation in Missoula, MT. Responsibilities include greeting and checking in patients, scheduling and confirming appointments, verifying insurance benefits, processing claims and handling billing and co-payments, answering multi-line phones, maintaining patient records in dental practice management software, coordinating treatment plans, and presenting financial options to patients. Ideal candidate will have 2+ years of dental front desk or dental administrative experience, proficiency with Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar software, strong knowledge of dental insurance verification, billing and claims processing, excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude, and the ability to multitask in a busy dental office. A collaborative, detail-oriented team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
