Job Summary
Provide responsible repair and installation services to customers in a courteous and professional manner, maintaining proper inventory levels and managing parts and supplies effectively. Maintain necessary tools, attend all required training including Hiossen-specific and manufacturer technical training, and comply with all OSHA regulations and personal protective equipment use. Complete all work orders accurately and in a timely manner, submitting job-related paperwork within required timeframes including FDA forms and expense reports. Travel within the U.S. at least once per month to provide equipment installation and repair services while adhering to company policies and directives regarding workplace behavior standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Associate's Degree or Technical School Certification
- Minimum 3 years of experience in equipment repair/installation and customer service
- Working knowledge of hydraulics, mechanical, and electrical systems
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to utilize company-provided laptop for work-related tasks
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to different customer types
- Excellent communication skills
- Time management skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage workload effectively
- Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs
- Must comply with company uniform and dress policy
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Willingness to travel within the U.S. at least once per month
