Dental Dispensary Aide

Dental Dispensary Aide at USC Ostrow School of Dentistry supports the dispensary operations by prepackaging and distributing dental materials and equipment to students, hygiene students, and faculty; orders supplies and stocks shelves to ensure dispensary continuity; maintains accurate computer records for items scanned in and out; prepares solutions and organizes/disinfects materials; opens the clinic or preclinic dispensary and prepares for operation; follows protocols for handling materials/equipment and learns proper techniques for instrument handling; collaborates with clinicians and staff to ensure a clean, organized, and functional dispensary environment; requires service orientation and ability to interact effectively with faculty, staff, and students; minimum education of high school or equivalent and some dental assisting experience; HIPAA, BBP, Axium, and PCI trainings; BLS/CPR preferred.
