Job Summary
The Dental Director provides leadership for RAHC’s dental program, overseeing clinical operations, quality improvement, and compliance, and consulting with executive leadership to ensure high-quality oral health services.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited dental school
- Current, unrestricted Virginia dental license
- DEA registration or eligibility to obtain
- Minimum of 5–7 years of clinical dental practice experience
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with school-based or community dental programs
- Experience with Medicaid and managed care dental programs
- Experience in quality improvement and compliance activities
