Dental Director

Dental Director responsible for supervising the provision of all dental care across multiple sites, ensuring patient rights, privacy, and a safe environment, while mentoring staff and driving quality improvement. Develop best-in-class treatment practices aligned with the organization’s mission, build trusting relationships with patients and colleagues, provide general dentistry for pediatrics and adults, partner with medical and pediatrics teams to deliver integrated care, promote dental education and prevention, travel across client sites to engage providers, and lead efforts to improve care delivery and clinical culture. Requires graduation from an accredited dental school and residency, leadership experience in a FQHC or nonprofit, and availability Monday–Friday (40 hours) with no nights or weekends.
