Job Summary

Lead all credentialing, recredentialing, provider enrollment, and payer participation activities across a multi-location dental organization. Coach and develop a team of specialists while overseeing initial credentialing, revalidation, and demographic maintenance for dental providers. Serve as the subject-matter expert for dental Medicaid credentialing, manage enrollment across multiple state programs, and administer delegated credentialing programs with contracted payers. Ensure compliance with delegation agreements, payer policies, and regulatory standards while maintaining complete, compliant credentialing files and quality-control records. Act as an escalation point for payer enrollment issues and negotiate network participation, effective dates, and contract exceptions. Develop dashboards to monitor application status, aging, and audit compliance, and lead credentialing activities for new office openings and market expansion.
