Job Summary
Provide clinical leadership, oversight, and mentorship to dental assistants and hygienists while supporting patient care through hands-on clinical assistance and education. Promote high standards of infection control, safety, and quality across dental operations by partnering with the team to optimize workflows and maintaining supplies and equipment. Assist with training, onboarding, and performance support for clinical staff to foster a welcoming environment. Work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. in rural communities, requiring at least two years of similar experience, a valid driver's license, and agency automobile coverage.
Required Qualifications
