Join our small private dental office as a Dental Caller/Scheduler, where you will be responsible for scheduling and calling patients, maintaining a productive office flow, and cross-training for expanded duties. Ideal candidates are cheerful, reliable, and capable of great communication in English and Spanish.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish
- Great communication skills over the phone and in person
- Punctual and dependable
- Dental experience in front desk is a plus
- Comfortable with Medicaid, PPOs, and dental insurances
