Dental Billing and Collections Associate

Handle patient questions regarding insurance billing and credit arrangements, monitor accounts for insurance activity status, and follow up on problem claims. Prepare and submit monthly patient statement files, file insurance claim forms including electronic claims, and research insurance denials or rejections to correct and resubmit claims for revenue maximization. This Full-Time role is remote eligible for the right candidate.
