Job Summary
Code, prepare, and submit insurance claims and invoices for dental procedures. Liaise with health insurance providers to ascertain patient benefits and update patient personal and health insurance details as needed. Ensure patient information remains confidential throughout all interactions. Maintain excellent organizational skills and attention to detail while handling sensitive data. Requires a high school diploma, one year of medical billing experience preferred, and familiarity with CDT and ICD codes. Full-time, 8-hour Monday through Friday shifts available at the corporate office near LAX.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as a Medical Biller
- Capacity to work with sensitive patient information while maintaining confidentiality
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with CDT and ICD codes preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
