Job Summary
Dental Biller responsible for account breakdowns, verification and collection of patient balances, and insurance verification, including EOB reviews and credentialing support. Works with PPO plans in-network and out-of-network, maintains patient billing records in the practice management system, and assists with billing audits and financial reporting. Collaboration with providers and patients to resolve billing inquiries and ensure regulatory compliance; proficiency in Dentrix and billing systems; Spanish-speaking is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in dental billing is required.
- Strong knowledge of dental coding and insurance processes.
