Job Summary
Lead, coach, and develop dental assistants while overseeing onboarding, training, and performance management. Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and safety regulations, optimize scheduling and workflows, and manage inventory and equipment readiness. Drive service improvements through audits and enforce quality standards to maintain clinical excellence and operational efficiency. Collaborate with providers and leadership to foster a positive, accountable team culture. Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM with one day per week coverage until 6:30 PM.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of dental assisting experience
- 1+ years of leadership experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures and infection control
- Exceptional leadership skills with proven ability to motivate teams, communicate effectively across all levels, and implement efficient organizational systems
Desired Qualifications
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
