Job Summary
Lead Dental Assistant/Clinic Coordinator needed to support dental providers and assist with clinic coordination, staff training, patient flow, supply inventory, and equipment maintenance. Responsibilities include chairside assistance using four-handed dentistry, leading back-office staff training, overseeing patient flow to reduce bottlenecks, maintaining sterilization and OSHA compliance, managing supply inventory and emergency logs, and assisting with insurance verification, pre-authorizations, and treatment planning. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills required; BLS CPR within 90 days; Spanish bilingual preferred. Located in Vancouver, WA.
Required Qualifications
- Dental Assistant Registration with Washington State DOH required
- Completion of formal Dental Assistant program or 3+ years experience
- Minimum 2 years dental assisting experience (or 3+ years without formal training)
- BLS CPR required within 90 days of hire; TB testing annually
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
