Full-time Dental Assistant in a two-dentist, 3-4 hygienist general practice in Reno. The role emphasizes chairside patient care, familiarity with implants, oral surgery, clear aligners (Sure Smile/Invisalign), same-day crowns, esthetic temporaries, and fillings. The ideal candidate should have a strong chairside manner, be self-motivated, able to multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced team environment. The office offers mentoring and training for long-term careers, competitive wages with incentives, PTO after one year, medical after 30 days, 401K match after one year, paid holidays after 90 days, and team bonuses with quarterly events.
