Job Summary
Assist doctors during a variety of dental procedures using four-handed dentistry, capture digital radiographs, and prepare treatment rooms while maintaining a clean, organized clinical environment. Sterilize instruments in strict compliance with OSHA and infection control protocols, document patient information accurately, and support the patient experience from check-in through treatment completion. Collaborate with doctors, hygienists, and administrative staff to keep the schedule running smoothly within a fast-paced, doctor-owned practice featuring modern technology like CBCT and intraoral scanners.
Required Qualifications
- Previous dental assisting experience preferred
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with digital dentistry and dental software preferred
- Knowledge of restorative, endodontic, periodontal, and oral surgery procedures is a plus
