Job Summary
Provide chairside dental assistance in a fast-paced clinical environment: prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments, assist the dentist during procedures, take digital X-rays in accordance with California radiology standards, chart procedures and document notes, educate patients on post-treatment care, maintain inventory, and ensure OSHA, HIPAA, and infection-control compliance; also support front office as needed to enhance patient experience. Must have active California Dental Assistant certification, California-compliant X-ray certification, and CPR/BLS certification; 1 year of experience preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Knowledge of dental terminology and Denticon or similar software is preferred.
Required Qualifications
