Job Summary
Prepare exam rooms, sterilize instruments, and ensure equipment is ready for dentists. Assist during procedures by handing instruments and anticipating needs, while taking and processing patient X-rays. Perform lab tasks as instructed, greet patients, schedule appointments, and advise on oral hygiene. Maintain accurate patient records, assist with payment procedures, and deliver post-operative care instructions. Requires knowledge of general anatomy, dental terms, and procedures including crowns, fillings, extractions, root canals, and implants.
Required Qualifications
