Job Summary
Provide chairside dental assistance in a West Chester, PA practice; maintain sterile operatory, prepare tray setups, escort patients, and support doctors to enable efficient, high-quality care. Requires active PA x-ray license and at least 1 year of dental assisting experience; EFDA preferred. Opportunities for growth, benefits, and continuing education. Schedule: Monday–Friday, full-time; no weekends. Compensation: $22-$30/hour depending on licensure.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Dental Assistant - at least 1 year
- EFDA preferred, but not required
- Must have an active PA x-ray license
- Knowledge of dental instruments, equipment, and procedures
- Prior Dentrix experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude
