Job Summary
Provide chairside assistance to oral surgeons and prosthodontists during surgical and implant procedures, anticipating clinician needs and maintaining an organized treatment area. Assist with administration and documentation of local, nitrous, and IV sedation while ensuring patient comfort and monitoring well-being. Prepare, sterilize, and set up instruments and surgical trays following strict infection control protocols, and take dental x-rays to prepare materials for impressions. Support office operations by scheduling, greeting patients, and managing supplies as directed. Requires previous Surgical Assistant experience, valid state certifications, and strong manual dexterity. Full-time Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Surgical Assistant
- Valid certifications that meet applicable state requirements
