Job Summary
Lead Dental Assistant to lead the back office and assist clinically. Manage back-office responsibilities, coordinate with Doctors and Hygienists, order supplies and ensure compliance, keep the back office running smoothly, expose dental diagnostic X-Rays, record patient medical and dental histories and vital signs, perform procedures such as cleaning and polishing, apply fluoride, fabricate temporary restorations and impressions, instruct patients in oral hygiene, prepare study casts, and contribute to a positive culture with continuing education and mentorship.
