Dental Assistant responsibilities include chairside assisting during a range of procedures, taking X-rays and impressions, sterilizing instruments, maintaining a clean clinical environment, and helping patients understand post-op instructions while supporting a positive patient-care experience. The ideal candidate is certified or experienced, X-ray certified (or able to obtain certification), a team player who is detail-oriented and dependable, comfortable with digital charting and technology, and great with people.
