Job Summary
Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the patient experience by modeling, training, and coaching expectations to deliver service standards. Lead and partner with team members to decrease wait times, foster friendly interactions, and ensure exceptional procedure outcomes. Quickly respond to daily disruptions by problem-solving, collaborating with the team, and taking initiative to mitigate further issues. Plan daily workload and activities to support office priorities while managing scheduling, inventory, and treatment planning. Proactively manage bias and model inclusive behaviors to drive diversity, equity, and inclusion within the practice.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Learn and adapt to current technology needs
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Positive and helpful attitude
- Effective communication skills
