Job Summary
Conduct chairside support for general, preventative, and restorative procedures including implants, root canals, and digital scanning within a small, family-oriented dental practice. Fabricate temporary crowns, perform coronal polishing and sealants, and manage all areas of general dentistry while maintaining radiation safety compliance. Provide patient communication and multi-task in a full-time, Monday through Thursday schedule from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Requires current California Radiation Safety certificate, BLS/CPR certification, and at least one year of chairside experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of chairside experience
- Current California Radiation Safety (x-ray) certificate
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Comfortable in all areas of general dentistry
- Able to fabricate temporary crowns
- Experience with digital scanning
- Excellent communication skills
- Dependable and on time
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task
- Friendly, energetic personality
- Able to commute to San Diego, CA 92130
- Work location: in person
Desired Qualifications
- Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
- Experience with Dentrix
- Coronal polishing and sealant certifications
- Spanish
