Job Summary
Assist the doctor with all procedures, including taking impressions, making temporary crowns, monitoring nitrous oxide, and managing dental emergencies such as photos, x-rays, and preliminary tests. Take impressions and make temporary crowns while assessing emergencies and remaining familiar with emergency protocols. Work in an interdisciplinary setting alongside doctors, dental students, and a dedicated mentor and trainer. No weekends or late nights; schedule runs Monday through Thursday from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm and Fridays from 7:30 am to 2:00 pm.
Required Qualifications
- certified dental assistant
- experience as a dental assistant
- current and active radiographer's certificate
- certified in cardio pulmonary resuscitation (CPR)
- certified in Basic Life Support (BLS)
- skilled in using Google
- skilled in using Open Dental
