Job Summary
Provide exceptional dental care to patients while performing light administrative duties and assisting dentists in every department. Execute chairside procedures including X-ray certification and coronal polish/sealant tasks, adhering to OSHA sterilization protocols and CPR standards. Manage charting and scheduling with computer efficiency while maintaining excellent communication skills and an integrity-focused work ethic. Collaborate with a small, cross-trained team of dentists and coordinators to support general dentistry procedures. Work Monday and Wednesday shifts with flexibility for additional days.
Required Qualifications
- X-Ray certification in state of OHIO
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Chairside dental assisting with a wide range of general dentistry procedures
- Sterilization protocols to OSHA regulations
- CPR certification
- Computer efficiency- charting and scheduling
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build lasting relationships with teammates and patients
- Integrity-focused work ethic
- Team-player attitude
- Ability to multi-task
- Open-minded to new systems/techniques, direction and feedback
