Job Summary
Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and assist dentists during procedures while welcoming and educating patients on oral hygiene. Take and develop X-rays, maintain study models, and ensure infection control protocols are followed. Maintain accurate patient records, documentation, and scheduling, while managing dental and medical emergencies using CPR certification and emergency supplies. Full-time Monday through Friday with competitive pay starting at $26/hour.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of a one-year certified dental assistant program
- Expanded Functions Dental Assistant
- 1 year on-the-job-experience
- X-Ray certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior dental assisting experience
