Job Summary
Full-time Dental Assistant providing chair-side support to dentists and dental hygienists, assisting with operatory setup, radiographs, sterilization, inventory control, patient coordination, and adherence to infection control and safety protocols. Responsibilities include preparing the operatory, exposing/developing radiographs per state and department directives, maintaining equipment and supplies, ensuring accurate patient records, handling administrative tasks as needed, and traveling if operational needs require. Qualifications include High school diploma or GED; completion of an accredited dental assisting course preferred; CPR/BLS certification required; ability to work with diverse patients and utilize dental software and MS Office. Bilingual Spanish helpful; strong safety, confidentiality, and patient-service skills are essential.
