Dental Assistant (Part-Time)

Job Summary
Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and assist the dentist during examinations and procedures including fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, and root canals. Take dental radiographs in accordance with state regulations, review and update patient health histories, and educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care. Maintain a clean clinical environment, follow infection control protocols, and stock operatories while monitoring clinical supply inventory. Work part-time Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 3:00 PM. Join a supportive, collaborative team at a modern practice focused on quality patient care.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Dental Assistant certification, registration, or licensure as required by state law
Desired Qualifications
- Current radiography certification
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Previous dental assisting experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent patient care
