Job Summary
Dental Assistant role at Orléans Queensway Dental in Ottawa. Responsibilities include preparing treatment rooms, instruments, and materials; assisting dentists and hygienists during treatments; taking dental X-rays and digital images; performing instrument sterilization and infection control per IPAC standards; updating patient charts and providing oral hygiene/post-treatment care education; supporting scheduling and patient flow; collaborating with the dental team to deliver high-quality care; maintaining privacy and safety guidelines and building strong patient relationships.
