Job Summary
Dental Assistant (surgical assistant) at Nuvia Dental Implant Center supports surgeons during implant procedures, assists with setup, impressions and molding, takes X-rays and Cone Beams, sterilizes and maintains rooms, schedules, places orders for supplies, relines prosthesis, delivers post-op instructions, and ensures top-tier patient care. Requires Registered Dental Assistant with appropriate certifications and BLS (American Heart Association or Red Cross); emphasizes teamwork, patient-centric communication, adaptability, organization, and the ability to assist across a full-scope of surgical and restorative duties. On-site role with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth within a multi-location practice.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Dental Assistant with all the proper certifications
- BLS certification approved by the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross
- Self Starter who works well as as a part of a team
- Patient-centric with good communication skills
- Outgoing and empathetic
- Flexible and a quick learner
- Great organizational skills and high level of office aptitude
