Job Summary
Mobile dental assistant role serving seniors at on-site facilities. Responsibilities include assisting the dentist with procedures, preparing patients and equipment, following sterilization and safety procedures, transporting and sterilizing equipment, and maintaining equipment during daily mobile visits. Requires current X-ray certification and at least 2 years of dental assisting experience; must be able to transport equipment in own vehicle. Schedule includes 8- or 10-hour days, typically Monday through Friday, with mileage reimbursement for travel between storage office and facilities. Compensation ranges $22-$26 per hour for both part-time and full-time positions.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold current x-ray certification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in dental assisting
- Must be willing/able to transport equipment in own vehicle
- Experience with geriatric patients preferred
