Job Summary
Assist dentists with procedures including fillings, crowns, implants, and extractions while supporting hygienists with room turnover, charting, and sealant placement. Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and uphold strict infection control protocols. Take digital X-rays, educate patients on oral hygiene and post-op care, and maintain accurate records. Work alongside associate dentists in a family-focused practice offering flexible 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts with no Friday hours required.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with doctor chairside and hygiene assisting
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Positive, professional, patient-first attitude
- Must be available for rotating weekends
- Must be available for 2 evenings a week
- Must be available for 2 Saturdays a month
- Must not work Fridays
Desired Qualifications
- Coronal polishing & sealant certification
