Dental Assistant

Assist the dentist with patient preparation and treatment, taking and developing x-rays, and making diagnostic impressions. Maintain infection control through instrument sterilization, clean and stock the operatory, and manage inventory for both clinical supplies and laboratory cases. Prepare patients, educate them on procedures, and document treatment notes while updating health histories and collecting consent forms. Ensure compliance with OSHA and MIOSHA safety requirements. This role supports a mission-driven team at My Community Dental Centers, providing quality care to the community across 28 Michigan locations.
