Job Summary
As a Dental Assistant in a private practice in Wisconsin Rapids, you will be the right hand of the doctors, providing high-quality four-handed dentistry support across restorative and surgical procedures. You’ll prepare treatment rooms, ensure patient comfort (adult and pediatric), take dental radiographs and intraoral photos, perform sterilization and infection-control duties (OSHA/HIPAA), manage lab tasks and impressions, maintain accurate clinical notes and patient records, and collaborate closely with doctors and hygienists to maintain smooth daily care. Required are CPR/BLS certification, proficiency with digital X-rays and dental software, and strong communication and teamwork skills. The role emphasizes clinical support, patient education, and maintaining safety and organization in a collaborative clinical environment.
Required Qualifications
- Active CPR/BLS certification is required
- Experience as a Dental Assistant in a private practice setting preferred
